How to Report a Bug

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • The URL of the page where the issue occurred
  • Your browser and device (if relevant)
  • Screenshots (if helpful)

What to Report

Pages not loading, broken links, error messages, slow performance

✓ Display Problems

Layout issues, mobile display problems, text rendering issues

✓ Feature Issues

Search not working correctly, filters not applying, maps not loading

If you believe property data is incorrect, please note that we source our data from NYC government databases. Data corrections must be made at the source — contact the relevant NYC agency (HPD, DOB, or Department of Finance) to correct official records. See our contact page for agency contact information.
